I’d been in the market for a new car for months but didn’t pull the trigger until he explained how easy it was. Our sales rep was Chasity and she was amazing. Kind and helpful, not trying to sell but trying to help. Exactly what someone making a large purchase needs. She dealt with all my request so well and I ended up purchasing a 2019 Chevy Equinox. The process was long but that’s to be expected. Even though it was long it was very, very simple. I enjoyed my visit and I really enjoy my new car! Thanks to all who helped. More

I found what I was l After going to several dealerships, I went here where Butch assisted me from the very beginning untill a drove my car to home. I found what I was looking for online. I submitted an inquiry and received a prompt response. Butch is one of the few salesman you will find out there, he was very courteous and helpful with a lot of knowledge built throughout his long career in the auto industry. Butch was very informed and straight forward while being personable. I left with what I really wanted to and am thrilled with my 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium! I'm absolutely loving it. I would refer any of my friends or family to him and Hgreg in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great car buying experience, Butch Terlizzi. More

Absolutely awesome customer service. I told them what I wanted and my price range. Alberto our salesman spent hours with us and found us a vehicle...a 2018 SUV with 5k miles for 2k more. The service, pricing, and process all were outstanding. Upon leaving one employee heard my husband say that we needed to stop for gas to fill the new car up, he intervened and filled it up. Ive never had a whole team care so much for their customers. Well done all! Johnny in financing was a tremendous help and very knowledgeable as well. The whole process was awesome and with four children who will be driving in the future, we know exactly where we will be going to purchase their future vehicles ;) More

Pleasant experience! So far it is the best experience ever when buying a car. Highly recommend. No stress at all, no pushing, very knowledgeable staff, they don't get paid So far it is the best experience ever when buying a car. Highly recommend. No stress at all, no pushing, very knowledgeable staff, they don't get paid based on commissions so they are not pressure to sell. You buy as is but their inventory is very clean. So far my car is doing perfect. You have 3 days or 300 miles to return or exchange your car. The salesperson was very helpful, patience and I received and answer to all my questions and concerns. From the moment you walk in all they do is push this “great” way of doing business with no commission and upfront pricing but they never really listen to you and what you want. Plus plan on being there the whole day even though they really weren’t that busy (lots of people just standing around) and then you get to the financing! 16 times they ran my credit! 3 of those times were the same bank! And then it took over a month to pay off my vehicles. Oh and they tacked on some luxcare treatment for over a thousand dollars that wasn’t actually done! If you have to buy here (I wouldn’t) get your own financing! They got me 9% interest rate with a 650 score. That means they raised my rate from what the bank gave me and kept the difference. Oh yeah they’re upfront... More
