Simple, Informative, Transparent. We will be back!! I don't know about you but I do not normally like the car buying experience. Like many other experiences when I am spending lots of money, I tend to f I don't know about you but I do not normally like the car buying experience. Like many other experiences when I am spending lots of money, I tend to feel like I am potentially getting ripped off. This makes me feel uneasy and very anxious. Knowing this about myself, I can enter these situations, like buying a car, very guarded and suspicious. Enter HGreg.com and Marcos Gomez, my salesperson. From the beginning, Marcos went to work to ease the car buying process and my pretensions. He may have been unaware of my predisposition, but he was very informative and intuitive. He was able to probably ascertain that my wife and I wanted to have some space as we looked at cars. He gave us space as well as gave us the tools to make an informed choice. What I really appreciated from the whole buying experience at HGreg.com is the information. They make available to you as a consumer Carfax. You can look up every car online and get all the details about that car you want. This made narrowing our search easier and gave us more confidence in purchasing our new car. Marcos is a great listener and was extremely helpful in our search and then very helpful with closing the deal and working with the other staff to finish the car buying process. We even got a great tip from the loan officer on a local bank that provided short-term loans for less than 1%. We got that loan and now my wife has a new (used) car that she loves. Chasity, our sales rep was the best: change our minds last minute and wanted to see a different car and she showed no sign of frustration. Johny was quick to do our paperwork(it was late and we were really ready to go)but he said he would email the info and he hasn't yet. I also haven't received my new registration. I did have issues with my car battery the day after purchasing but Chasity did a lot of the back and forth work for me on getting it towed to the dealer and it was even her day off. Long story short, the service department replaced my battery with the wrong size so I will need to replace it again soon. The service guy also told me he would email me a service record and never did because "the system was down." Now it feels like he just didn't want me to see that it was the wrong size. More

Amazing Experience When I say unbelievable experience that could only have been orchestrated by the Lord, I stand in total amazement and praise simultaneously with the p When I say unbelievable experience that could only have been orchestrated by the Lord, I stand in total amazement and praise simultaneously with the purchase of my Maserati. I have been to many Maserati dealership to test drive the Ghibli over the last 5 months. But the candor and professionalism of the Hgreg team is phenomenal. My experience begins with Marcos Gomez, the sales representative. He was very savvy with the benefits thecHgreg Company extends to the customer. He explained the Hgreg business and its platform. This Canadian idea of massive wholesale of luxury cars predominantly off-lease has transcended the shop and purchase strategy of luxury vehicles. Marco's was patient in making sure I get the desire if my heart. He showed me every vehicle I wanted to review. He did not try to show me any other make or model, other than what I wanted. By the time, I made my mind up on a particular, another customer had their eye on the same vehicle. While I was test driving the vehicle, another couple put a contract on the vehicle. But I just remember telling Marco's during the test drive that if this vehicle belongs to that couple that I'll be okay. I really trust God to know that what is for me no ok ne else would get. Marcos told me not to get upset and remain cool. The process to purchase was taking so long that I decided not to wait. During the wait time, all I can say is that Marcos and I testified about how God had done marvelous things in our lives. But Lord behold! When I pulled out the parking lot giving the car I had test drove to the other couple, another Ghibli popped into my husband news feed showing a Grigio metallic Ghibli with only 10k miles. The other vehicle I was looking at had 3 times as many miles. I immediately called Marcos and ask him to hold this car since they really owed me a favor for waiting so long. Marcos said, "I would hold it but we dont have the car here". We pointed him to the website to view this particular car. He searched the website and said that the car hadn't made it to them yet. But he would go and ask the manager to make sure that I get the first right to review. Well, it took about 2 days for the car to make it to Hgreg from the Maserati dealership. Marcos gave time to get there and it took about another 2 days for me to get there. When I saw this beauty, I could not believe it. God once again gave me the desires of my heart and used Marcos to hold the car until I could return. Now Johnny, the was just as remarkable as he strategized to beat my preapproval from my credit union. Overall Marco's and Johny's attitude about mu purchase was delightful. My prayer for this fast approaching Holiday season is that God continuously show Himself to others as this story win more souls to Christ. The only complaint I can come up with would be that I didn’t find out about hgreg sooner. Jamal and Johnny were also very helpful when it came to the finance side of things. They were both very professional, but also very down to earth and friendly at the same time. I would definitely buy a car from hgreg again. More
