He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I can tell you one thing for sure, out of all my years of purchasing a vehicle. This was the easiest purchase EVER!!!! We had a small misunderstanding but after communicating back and forth. All was explained perfectly and very professionally. Also, would like to add that the business manager Dan Paley was also very knowledgeable in explaining the different financial options to finance the vehicle and explained the extended warranty option in great detail. I am very happy with my vehicle and looking forward to many more years of being a Lexus owner. More
