Buying your vehicle is easy, the sales team is great and works with you nicely. Once you get the vehicle and have to go to financial, that’s where the nightmare starts. The financial manager is rude, and if you don’t get to buy the add ons he offers, it gets even worse. Communicating with financial is a nightmare, they would not communicate at all regarding the payoff or loan status at all. This dealership has great management overall, but financial department could use an update. This is my second vehicle with this dealership, and even when I love the service I have received from all the other departments, I won’t go back to there to avoid such a disorganized transaction with the financial department. More

Our second experience with Casey Kia as well as Mr. Johnnie Jordan, Jr and Mr. James Barnes, and equally as amazing as the first. We purchased a new vehicle for myself earlier this year and had such a Johnnie Jordan, Jr and Mr. James Barnes, and equally as amazing as the first. We purchased a new vehicle for myself earlier this year and had such a great experience that when we needed a new car for my daughter they were the first that came to mind! My daughter was in an accident a few weeks ago and the car was totaled by the insurance company. When I reached out to Mr. Jordan, he was quick to respond and set up an appointment for the following day. When my daughter and I showed up to the dealership, Mr. Jordan greeted us and he immediately asked my daughter how she was after the accident. As expected, he was very caring and patient while we discussed what we were looking to purchase. He offered us some options and found the perfect car for my daughter. Mr. Barnes met with us to finalize the paperwork and he also shared that he was glad to hear that my daughter had no injuries from the accident. We were then on our way and my daughter could not be happier with her new car! I'm glad that she had the opportunity to witness the professionalism and care received from everyone we encountered at Casey Kia!
