RIPOFF.. I Brought My 2014 VW Passat To Boston Volkswagen To Have The Car Check Out Before I Go On Vacation And A Long Road Trip. I Was Surprise And Stock, I Did Not Raise A Fuss Because I Want To Get Home From A Hard Day At Work. I Know That I Didn't By The Car Their, But That Is OUTRAGEOUS...They Probably Spent An Hour (Tops) But The Meet And Greet Was Excellent And Professional. I Guess I Wont Be My Car Their Anymore.. More

Having met Bill Burns a year prior, I requested to work with him because he left a positive impression on me. Working alongside Mr. Burns, he was patient, kind, and informative throughout the whole process. He helped make the experience fun and pleasant. It is reassuring to know how reliable Mr. Burns is, (and the team at Boston VW) he is there to promptly respond to any questions or concerns. Boston VW provides a friendly and open atmosphere. Everyone was welcoming, supportive and helpful. I’ve been loving the 2018 Tiguan, which I drive mostly to escape the city. It’s been perfect driving it to the mountains, and the beach. This is now my third Tiguan (2009, 2015, 2018) and I am sticking with Boston VW for my next. More

brought my "under warranty" vw for repairs,,, issue still exists when called to set up appt only to receive a call to say i wasnt welcomed to bring my car back that they didnt want my buisness ha issue still exists when called to set up appt only to receive a call to say i wasnt welcomed to bring my car back that they didnt want my buisness hahahah if you just bought a vw and paid cash for it and brought it in for service and problem seems as it was never fixed dam right i called vw of america to file a complaint i personally never had any issues with any other vw dealer except this one they suck go else where save yaself the headaches and time wasted wouldnt ever recommend them for any type of buisness boston vw blows go to medford or braintree for any vw needs More
