I was not planning on purchasing a new car and was having my 9797 mileage service on my 2023 Kia Sportage, which I was very happy with. Thomas called me while I was in the waiting room and I decided just to my 9797 mileage service on my 2023 Kia Sportage, which I was very happy with. Thomas called me while I was in the waiting room and I decided just to look at what was available in stock. Well, with the color and upgraded model available to drive home, I couldn't resist. Thomas was very good and handed me off to Alex Daigle who managed the sale. She was wonderful, patient, always smiling, approachable, efficient, and easy to talk to. She made sure to answer all of my questions and if she couldn't, would find out the answer. The Finance person was excellent as well and explained everything. The car I traded in had a mirror to set my garage door opener and the car I purchased did not have one. It was dark when I took delivery and did not notice until I arrived home and tried to set it. Alex made sure I was able to come back to have the mirror installed today. Angie the Service Advisor was so helpful, and I really appreciated that she provided me with frequent updates on the status, so I never felt like I was forgotten. Ryan Baroni also reached out to me to make sure my experience was good and to contact him if I needed further assistance. Absolutely everyone I dealt with was wonderful. I have been to some great dealerships, but Jenkins Kia of Ocala has far been the best I have every experienced. More

I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process as I had once had a really bad experience with the old Jenkins.
