This review would be zero if I could. I was told my car repair was delayed 2 hours because the tech who recommended the service on my previous visit was given the work even though he was I was told my car repair was delayed 2 hours because the tech who recommended the service on my previous visit was given the work even though he was delayed an hour and a half on another repair. I was told that’s how they “get paid.” They didn’t care that making me 2 hours longer mattered so long as their tech “got paid.” What is the point of making an appointment?? Additionally while waiting there, it was like sitting in a bar. All the customer service people have no qualms about cackling, screwing off, talking about their weekends and other personal things very loudly for all the people waiting for service to hear and listen to. Very unprofessional and low class not to mention it’s no wonder why service is delayed. Buyer Beware— Reminder to everyone that they are getting paid sales commission for recommending service which means…,can you really trust if service is truly needed More
