BEST SERVICE REP Our 2012 acura with over 100K miles, had a light come on about the power steering. And the car was so hard to steer. So we took it into to Crown Acura Our 2012 acura with over 100K miles, had a light come on about the power steering. And the car was so hard to steer. So we took it into to Crown Acura and John Shaw was our service rep. He looked it up and told us the part and labor was covered under warranty and he will expedite the repair so we can get our car back as soon as possible. The same day we dropped it off, John called us and told us that he already ordered the part to be overnighted and he told us our car will be ready the next day. The next day came and John called us in the morning to let us know the car is ready. Now that's what you call "EXCELLENT SERVICE". Thank you John More

They have clean, spacious areas, well stocked with anything you need to snack on - including coffee, water, etc. fully connected to Wi-Fi. Thanks for many decades of great service, Acura! More
