Even though I bought it elsewhere, my purchasing experience was not good, and the Glend purchased my 2019 ACURA RDX Tech, Pkg. back in April of 2019. Even though I bought it elsewhere, my purchasing experience was not good, and the Glendale dealership is much closer, so I went to the Glendale location for services. John Ladouceur and his crew (Brad, Manny, Roger) have taken great care of me since last April. Even though the Apply CarPlay issue has been a headache to deal with to this day, they understand my frustration and have been very respectful and courteous in every way. I have serviced my vehicle only at this location since the purchase because they have been nothing but the best and I am completely satisfied with the quality of service I have received, and that says a lot about the leadership of John and his crew.
