This is my second Mercedes overall, but it’s my first from Ray Catena in Edison. It’s safe to say that I will be a lifelong customer. I cannot say enough good things about John Kelly - he is a class act! from Ray Catena in Edison. It’s safe to say that I will be a lifelong customer. I cannot say enough good things about John Kelly - he is a class act! For background, my first Mercedes was a 2023 AMG C43 which I got from a different dealership. Long story short, that car ended up being a lemon. Additionally, my salesman lacked in many areas (knowledge, attention to detail, sincerity, follow up, the list goes on). I did not feel important or “special” as many people who are purchasing a vehicle of this caliber hope to feel. It was clear that my previous salesman did not care about my experience, rather he just wanted the deal. Today, I am the incredibly happy owner of a brand new 2024 AMG CLE53, all thanks to John Kelly. John made this car buying experience enjoyable, and my excitement only grew stronger every time I met with him. He is friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and it is very clear that he truly cares for his clients and their experience. John handled everything throughout this process, making my life easy. He remembered conversations we had early on, took into account things like my budget, and worked around my schedule to get me the car I wanted. He is even handling things like upcoming service to the vehicle, staying as my point of contact to again, make my life easy! I would recommend John Kelly to anyone who is in the market for a Mercedes-Benz, especially if you feel as though you did not have a good experience with a previous dealership.
