This dealership has assisted us with our 11th new truck purchase. We especially appreciate John "the truck guy" who is the most knowledgeable person on trucks you'll find. Of course the time it takes to negotiate a deal was extremely quick. They're aggressive upfront pricing attracted us in, coupled with a honest and fair trade in value clinched the transaction. Would not buy here again. Salesperson was not really focused on my needs, but instead really interested in his agenda. Did not ask what I wanted to know about car, really on trying to get me on app even after I stated several times it wasn't a priority for me. Rushed me through at the end when I wanted to learn car functions. Others involved in process were OK, just salesperson made me feel unheard and not a great feeling when making any purchase, especially a large one. And I'm a returning Cadillac customer. A bad experience overall. More
