John didi a great job keeping us informed. We arrived earlier than our appointment time, but that didn't matter, our car was taken into service right away. Received a the inspection video and was reviewing that when John told us our car was finished. He went over all the results of the service, walked us to our car and provided a quick over view of the engine compartment. Very well done. More
