My salespeople were not pushy when shopping which was nice. Cars are priced a little high but not bad. Bought a certified preowned and had a new thermostat put in within the first week and service dept g nice. Cars are priced a little high but not bad. Would recommend a little extended warranty on the certified preowned, not sure how thorough the 172 point inspection was but so far everything has been covered under warranty. 7.9/10 would probably buy my next car here in a few years. From the start, he LISTENED and UNDERSTOOD my situation and what I specifically wanted (I'm picky with my trucks). He couldn't get what I wanted and NEVER pushed me. I offered to order a new Silverado. John keep me up to date through the ENTIRE PROCESS. From cross checking my build sheet, to order entry, to Detroit receiving my order, status updates, build, shipping and delivery. John not only made this process stress free, but relaxed. I come in the BUY A VEHICLE - not be pressured. John did everything I could imagine in a dealership salesman. A true asset to not only Ferman, but GM!!!
