I first made contact with Tim at the beginning of the week. He found a few Tundras that met my requirements quickly, helped me settle in on the specific one that best suited me, gave me a really good price and I had that vehicle two days later. Unlike most of my other experiences with dealerships, Tim was happy to negotiate price and key terms remotely (via email and telephone), so my time spent at the dealership was quick and painless. Their finance guy - John Fulgoni - was equally efficient and easy to work with. He didn't waste my time pushing for numerous upsells (extended warranties, etc) like finance departments usually do. Her demeaner was calm, and soft spoken and that showed that she valued us as customers. Once we selected the vehicle, she was quick to get us a test drive and move forward in the selling process. Due to us wanting the best payment options and a certain monthly payment, she made numerous trips back and forth to see her manager. When the price was finally settled, she was able to get John Fulgoni from finance almost immediately to complete the sale. Working with these two was a joy. Both were very personable and not pushy when it came to add-ons. I would highly recommend this dealership and these two extraordinary people who made the sales process a great one for us. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was promptly and friendly greeted. Never once did I feel like I was stepping into a high pressure sales ,pressure cooker. I felt like I was listen to. You were there to take care of what my needs were. I had the freedom to look and make decisions that were best for me, without keeping up a constant guard to ward off things I didn't want. Great customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable sales people that were easy to talk to. I'm a long time Toyota owner, it's all I've owned in the last 35 years +. Doing business with your dealership is by far the best experience I've ever had. It was like sitting at home around the kitchen table working out details. It was that comfortable.
