John Fulgan was very professional and was a great help with my remote used vehicle purchase. He took the time to walk me through the vehicle remotely and answered all my questions. The lower rating com with my remote used vehicle purchase. He took the time to walk me through the vehicle remotely and answered all my questions. The lower rating comes from the finance team after the sales deal was complete. The finance team went through all the additional optional coverages for the vehicle and I decided to purchase the undercoating + interior/exterior protection. Unfortunately, when I received the paperwork to sign, the presented warranty period was 1/2 the period of the presented timeframe. While the finance team did admit the error, very little was done to compensate me for the 50% of the warranty period. I will look to use DePaula Ford in the future, but will be mindful to ask more questions prior to paying for the vehicle. More
