I didn’t like how I felt like I needed to pry information about the vehicle. I had to ask about the title, and the service records and the car fax. That should’ve been presented to me right up front. I did not like how the finance guy made me feel like I had to purchase the extended warranty even though I said “no” several times. Made it seem as though I couldn’t buy the vehicle without it. I had also called him several times later that week to make sure they received my down payment. I left voicemails and never got a return call. More
