I ordered a new 2024 F150 platinum On 3/5/2024 From Dana Ford Staten Island NY. It came in allegedly on 6/24/2024 Andrew from Dana Ford Contacted me to schedule the details about pickup. I prequalified for Ford Staten Island NY. It came in allegedly on 6/24/2024 Andrew from Dana Ford Contacted me to schedule the details about pickup. I prequalified for financing at 3.9% and went to the bank to get a cashiers check for $40,000 Dollars. When I arrived they kept pushing me to sign the documentation but I insisted on reviewing the truck which was not clean on the outside and the black plastic faded near the windshield wipers. I asked them to see what they could do to fix this but they couldn't do anything about the plastic when I was there. I then reviewed the documentation and the finance rate was changed to 4.9% which took some back and forth to get them to change it to the 3.9% which I was previously qualified for. I then looked at the mileage which said 14.2 miles. However, the Truck had 144 miles on it. I asked them to explain this and they just kept saying they don't know how the additional 130 miles were put on the truck. I asked to speak to the manager John but he refused to come over. The finance guy George just kept asking me what I want to do about it? We don't know how the miles got there. So I explained that this was part of a lemon law deal and that I would speak to the corporate office about it but they didn't care and asked me if I was taking the truck or not because they had other customers waiting. So I drove the truck home and parked it in my driveway waiting to hear back from you. I called and left a voicemail on Wednesday 7/3 but have not heard back yet. I got the truck home and tried to park it. The self-parking button is there but does not work. I spent days trying to figure out why this does not work no one has an answer. They said they think Ford may have removed the feature, but why keep the button? I am paying so much for a truck that has dropped most of its features. So there is also a lighted Ford logo badge i was troubleshooting for weeks only to find out it was on the sales guy Andrew's desk never installed. I spent months to finally speak with the General Manager to get this installed. I took off a day of work to travel back to the dealership which is pretty far from my home to be snubbed by the general manager and miss a day of work. So to say the least my experience with this dealership has been awful. Bluecruise was an advertised feature which is now also a paid-only feature. More
