This truck onl DO NOT GO/BUY FROM THIS PLACE! IF THERE IS ANY REVIEW YOU READ PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE!!! We bought a xxx Lemon truck from Cortese Ford. This truck only turns on when it wants too and has COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN TWICE WHILE DRIVING. No engine, no steering, no lights. THIS IS A SAFTEY HAZARD!! We had to have it towed back there from an hour away, where they said they "Can't find anything wrong with it, and it was ready to be picked up" CLEARLY THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG, or else it would not do that. We refused to pick up the truck and said it's not coming back untill it is fixed. Again it sat there for another day, God knows if they even looked at it. They called back again saying they still don't know what is wrong with it and for us to come pick it up, or it won't be looked at again untill NEXT week. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable!! They want to release a vehicle that is a complete safety hazard back to a customer who drives his child and pregnant wife in it, like it is no big deal. If we were to drive this and it shut down again, and God forbid we veer off into oncoming traffic due to no steering, or get rear ended in it. There WILL be repercussions. YOU CORTESE AUTO BLOCK WILL BE HELD LIABLE IF YOU DARE PUT MY FAMILY INTO ANY KIND OF DANGER. More

You ask if I would recommend Dan Tucker and Cortese. I did. I found that Dad Tucker did a great job representing Ford and Cortese. Your team, especially Dan, are all clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction. I have been and will be continuing to recommend Dan and Cortese to potential buyers. For example, I will be meeting shortly with members of the New York State Electric Vehicle Association and will be showing the C-MAX. I will also be showing spread sheets covering all of the details of energy use and costs for all trips taken to that date. FYI, I am a retired engineer and department head from Eastman Kodak; I founded the New York State Electric Vehicle Association and also the Electric Grand Prix Corp. (A 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation). I founded the Genesee Region Clean Communities coalition, part of the US DoE's Clean Cities program and acted as its coordinator for many years. I know my way around EVs and other alternative fueled vehicles. I admire John Cortese for his efforts to bring clean alternate fueled vehicles into the Rochester region. I have been a loyal Acura owner for over 30 years. I was very skeptical about the Lincoln brand and level of service I could expect. I was pleasantly surprised by salesman Tim May's no-nonsense, honest appr very skeptical about the Lincoln brand and level of service I could expect. I was pleasantly surprised by salesman Tim May's no-nonsense, honest approach. I was given an exceptional price for my trade-in when I first spoke with him in August 2012. Due to 2013 MKZ delivery delays, the car was not available until April of 2013. I was very concerned they would not honor their original trade-in offer because my car went well over 100,000 miles. Some dealerships would have offered me a great price to keep me interested then when the car was available, offer me thousands less. Much to my amazement, they honored their original offer. Tim May kept telling me, "We are here to make sure you are completely satisfied". I kept thinking, "Yea, right." The more experience I had with Tim and the Cortese Dealership, the more I was impressed. I wanted to know what I was getting myself into so, I initiated contact with between 10 – 15 different employees. Each and everyone expressed a genuine enthusiasm for the Lincoln brand and the Cortese Dealership. Many have been there for well over twenty years and virtually all of them spoke about being part of the “Lincoln Family”. I had some minor cosmetic matters I wanted taken care of. I am very particular about my car and believe that the better you take care of your car, the better it will take care of you. Service manager John and his people, Dino and Ed, immediately addressed ALL of my concerns, no matter how minor it was. I was told several times, "We are here for you." I know from past experience, other dealerships would have told me I was just going to have to live with it or I was being too picky. I am very pleased with my interaction with the Cortese Lincoln Dealership and look forward to working with them for many years to come. More

This visit was a very positive experience. I was greeted at the door and was shown the car that I was interested in . I was given the opportunity to test drive the cars I wanted and each cars options were at the door and was shown the car that I was interested in . Brought in my car today to get fixed. The brakes were squealing and it was annoying to drive. Ed on the service area was extremely pleasant and kept us updated on what was going on. We were treated very professionally by all three persons with whom we dealt. Our questions were answered honestly and fully. Bob was very good about telling us what we needed to know, and explained the aspe with whom we dealt. Our questions were answered honestly and fully.
