Above and beyond customer service. With a purchase of my families Grand Caravan there was exceptional consideration given through the whole process. Even after the sale was complete, I had a concern and John Cortese took the time personally address my concerns which was appreciated. Overall the environment was excellent(make sure you schedule an appointment), the tour of the service area and lounge revealed a comfortable future transactions, the staff was friendly and fair. They are definately doing some things right here. If you do your prep and know what a fair deal would be, I am sure Cortese can make it happen for you, and I witnessed first hand that they care about every customer and deal they make. More

Went in to look at the new Explorer & fell in love with the car. I had to order the vehicle & was worried it might not be in before my lease was up. They told me not to worry, it may only be a week or so & they could get me a loaner if I needed it. They spent the time to find additional rebates that I didn't even know were available. Shane spent a lot of time delivering the car. He went through every aspect of the car including all the touch sceens applications for navagation, music, climate control & cell usage and set up my cell phone with the sync system. Would highly recommend Cortese Auto group and Shane at the Ford store More
