I've done business with Cortese for years because of the sales people, service, and quality of cars they sell. I would, and have recommended Cortese to friends and family. sales people, service, and quality of cars they sell. I would, and have recommended Cortese to friends and family. More

We were treated very professionally by all three persons with whom we dealt. Our questions were answered honestly and fully. Bob was very good about telling us what we needed to know, and explained the aspects of the car which were a bit confusing. John went out of his way to make some concessions to us, and Dan was also clear and efficient in doing his part. All in all, it was refreshing to deal with people who did not make us leery about what we were or were not being told. A good experience all around. More

I have purchased from top to the mechanical techician, everyone is really friendly and respectful. They believe that you are important and priceless. I have purchased from other dealerships but this dealership, Cortese Jeep is outstanding in everything they did to make my wife and I happy. I would bring my own mother to buy a vehicle at this dealership. So, many dealerships are really only interested in the initial sale and if you encounter any problems you are on your own. John Cortese and his team is very much concern with your entire experince of purchasing at their store. When people are not sincere it will show-up rather quickly. I'm so gald I went to Cortese Jeep and not where I brought my 2009 Jeep. Cortese Jeep is a wonderful place to purchase the vehicle of your dreams. More

Every employee I worked with was well educated about the vehicle and had an explanation for any detail I was confused about. They were extremely straight forward and honest; I never once questioned the integrity of the process ...which really left a lasting impression on me. I without a doubt recommend their services and encourage anyone looking for a Jeep (or other vehicle) to stop by their dealership and experience their outstanding customer service for yourself! More

John sat down with me and went through all the options available to make sure I got everything I wanted & not paying for things I didn't want. I had to order the vehicle & was worried it might not be in before my lease was up. They told me not to worry, it may only be a week or so & they could get me a loaner if I needed it. They spent the time to find additional rebates that I didn't even know were available. Shane spent a lot of time delivering the car. He went through every aspect of the car including all the touch sceens applications for navagation, music, climate control & cell usage and set up my cell phone with the sync system. Would highly recommend Cortese Auto group and Shane at the Ford store More
