Not the closest dealership from my home, but I was ready for a change and being in the client service business, I wanted to give them a try. WOW! These guys at Flemington know exactly what the definition of Client Service means. I dealt primarily with Tom Terril who not only gave me an amazing experience, he constantly followed up with me and even would call me on his off days. The day of my delivery, he assisted me in contacting Financial Services with the turn in of my old vehicle and even called my insurance company directly to initiate the call to remove/add to my policy. He made sure I understood everything about the new car and its controls before I pulled away. Never once making feel like I was monopolizing his time. He made it 100% stress free for me. In addition, his colleagues John Cavanaugh & Jan Blakley added to the great experience. These guys at Flemington treat you like you are a long time friend and you drive out of there feeling great about your decision. My colleagues, friends and clients will hear about Flemington BMW! We have spent time with Hez Ottley who is know as the BMW Genius and that seems to be true. He has very patiently gone over the electronics that makes a BMW special and was patient while explaining the details. I listened, and for over 7 years, I relied on Flemington BMW's service department. I was so impressed with EVERYTHING. These folks live and breathe customer service. When the time came for a new ride, I knew - without question - that I would purchase through Flemington BMW. I worked with John for the trade-in, Agata to learn which make and model best fit my needs and budget, and then with Noha to learn the finance and maintenance options. Listen - this is an outstanding group of people. I never felt pressured; I always felt respected and well cared for, and that I was much more than "just a sale." I highly recommend Flemington BMW. They say they are committed to making every customer's car buying experience as positive and pleasant as possible, and they actually follow through on that commitment. PS I have to give a HUGE shout-out to Agata. She spent a long time teaching me the ins and outs of the car's technology and features. I have never had a sales advisor demonstrate that much knowledge of their product or show that much care for the customer. She is THE BEST. More
