Best sales/mgmt team among BMW dealers !! Three weeks ago I replaced one of my leased BMW,s, a 2017x3 with a new one 2019 x3 at Flemington. That experience was rated by me 5 stars at the time Three weeks ago I replaced one of my leased BMW,s, a 2017x3 with a new one 2019 x3 at Flemington. That experience was rated by me 5 stars at the time on this site as the best ever:: quick transparent and straight forward with no gimmicks!! Three weeks later a huge disappointment from BMW Financial appeared in my mail a $1800 bill for extra usage charges on the turned in 2017x3. In desperation I again reach out to my Flemington BMW sales person Anthony Catena asking for help in resolving this issue, He involves Manager John Cavanaugh who immediately understands my situation, contacts BMW Financial trying to resolve the problem (with no success) ultimately offers financial assistance by Flemington BMW to partially cover my extra surprising charges. Super nice gesture which is greatly appreciated!! For all clients turning in leased vehicles - make sure inspection of wear and tear is done at dealership before you pick up a new lease, that will preclude BMW Financial charges weeks later when the vehicle is totally out of your reach and you have no way to repair whatever. More

We where looking for a used crossover maybe X2 or X3. This would be my wife's ride. She was looking at cars on the road all year and liked the look and size of these two. So we walked into the Flemington BMW showroom there meet TOM Terrill.Tom was very helpful and went over each of model. After our test ride we decided that we liked the 2016 X1. The BMW Certified Pre-Owned vehicle was just what we had in mind. Tom showed all the X1's that where off lease and we picked one out that all the options that we wanted. The only problem was the X1's had a recall and the dealership's where not aloud to sell them. It was about 6 weeks later we got the call. Our X1 was ready! There was a return visit for a fit and finish question. The Flemington Service Department helped us and did a great job and returned my X1. Thanks to Tom and theTeam for all there help. ***** More
