This is a bit dated, but....we leased a new vehicle and financed a vehicle we had been leasing. Everyone we met or talked to were GREAT to work with, but something seemed to get lost a little bit in deali financed a vehicle we had been leasing. Everyone we met or talked to were GREAT to work with, but something seemed to get lost a little bit in dealing with everyone (together) who needed to provide a service to get us out the door (timely) with our vehicles. Getting our previously leased vehicle CPO'd took a lot longer than we were led to believe. The dealer did apologize for everything and will take care of us in the future when we need service on our vehicles. All told, I'd give them a B+/A-. Not bad in my opinion. More

My wife and I were greeted promptly upon each visit at the dealership. We were not pressured into buying a vehicle. Aside from the typical road test, John Caruso took the vehicle through its paces in a parking lot. More than once, John helped my wife with location of controls and features. When it came time to buy, John, Mike Hall and Robert Strecker helped us to find the best financing and were willing to negotiate price. Although, we got our loan through an independent bank their effort was appreciated. Upon delivery of the vehicle we noticed a few minor issues and the dealership addressed them immediately. Our new BMW is a considerable step up in quality, performance and price for our family but the experience at the dealership, in no small part, strongly influenced our decision to buy from Ganely BMW. More
