We had purchased a 2005 BMW from John Caruso and when it came time to replace the vehicle we came back. The experience this time was as good or better than last time. We were also influenced by having excellent service from the Service Department - specifically Mike Lepre - that made us not only come back to BMW, but to Ganley BMW. First of all, I would recommend BMW to anyone as THE car to buy. Secondly, I would recommend anyone work with John Caruso for sales and Mike Lepre for service. Erik Parkinson handled the financial portion of our purchase and was also great. He did not push any "add ons" but made honest recommendations on what he felt was of value and what was not of value. The end-to-end experience at Ganley BMW, based on the current purchase and past purchase, was head and shoulders above any car buying/owning experience that we have had in the past. More

Everyone I dealt with knew exactly what they were doing and got the job done professionally. My deal started with an email to John Caruso which was promptly replied to and set forth a detailed quote for b and got the job done professionally. My deal started with an email to John Caruso which was promptly replied to and set forth a detailed quote for both the lease of a new BMW 5 series and the early end to my existing lease. There was no BS and no drama ; just a comprehensive proposal covering every detail of both transactions that was better than I expected based on the extensive online research I had done..I got to the dealership at 11:30 am, talked with John, looked at two cars,reached an agreement, had the paperwork completed, the car detailed and was on my way home by mid afternoon. All was expedited to save me 160 mile round trip to return to pick up the car. There was no negative to this experience More

I just picked up my new X3 today. The overall experience was great. I visited the dealership earlier in the month and worked with John Caruso. I also met Frank and Bob. What stands out at this dealership is how friendly everyone is. The staff here are just very warm and shared my excitement about getting my first BMW. I shared the specifications for the vehicle I wanted and the offer I wanted to make. The offer was accepted. I know that I got a fantastic vehicle at a great price and the experience was hassle free. The vehicle was delivered today. They are not normally open on Sundays but BMW had a special promotional event this weekend and Ganley BMW opened on Sunday to allow customers to get their vehicles. John spent a lot of time reviewing the features of the vehicle with me. There really are a lot of features with BMW's computer system and it was a huge help to have John demonstrate the options and help me to get things set up. I am thrilled with my X3! More

He has always been a pleasure to deal with considering car buying is not one of my favorite things to do. I hope to have more car buying experiences with John in the future. I also would like to add that everyone at the Ganley dealership has always been courteous and anxious to answer any questions I may have had. One final thought , I would also like to thank your finance manager Eric for explaining every document and walking us through the purchase agreements. I recently purchased a 535i from Ganley BMW in Middlleburg Heights Ohio. It was a very pleasant experience and I am thoroughly enjoying my new car which i picked up 4 days ago! My salesman was helpful and clearly knows the product, His name is John Caruso. He was able to locate a car outside of the state which was outfitted with all of the options which were important to me and had it here in Ohio within 5 days. The finance manager who ultimately processed my paperwork was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me accomplish my financing needs. He had a great sense of humor and made buying the car fun experience! More
