This was my first time having an issue with my vehicle and my first time at this dealership. I made my appointment with John and he made the entire process so simple and easy. He gave me a heads up on wha and my first time at this dealership. I made my appointment with John and he made the entire process so simple and easy. He gave me a heads up on what my potential issue could be and that it wouldnt be covered under warranty so for me to be prepared if that was the case. Turns out it was something else and luckily was covered! A week later, John also let me know that they were waiting on the part to arrive to fix my car. He estimated a couple more days until my car would be ready. That same day, the part arrived and they were able to get it fixed! I had my car back exactly 1 week after dropping it off. This was the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. I really appreciated John’s communication at our appointment and his kindness. Give John a raise! More
