I started my automotive career after graduating Northwood University in West Palm Beach. I began my career in my hometown of Columbus Ohio with Porsche Audi Volkswagen. I returned to Florida in 1996 and began working for Mercedes Benz and have proudly worked for them to this day. I am excited to be apart of this great team at Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs and what the future holds.

A seven month nightmare for my 16-year-old grandson Should’ve been a very happy time in January. I took my 16 year-old grandson, Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs and bought him a GLA 250. I pa grandson Should’ve been a very happy time in January. I took my 16 year-old grandson, Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs and bought him a GLA 250. I paid cash and he was thrilled. It was sent out with the temporary tag. Six months later. I still do not have a title for the car, I still do not have a license plate. I still have not had the registration mailed to me five or six times temporary tags have expired so that when he was driving, he was worried about doing so illegally. I have had dozens of phone calls and several dozen text back-and-forth with Anthony, the sales manager and now someone even higher up. Unbelievably terrible THEY REPORTED TO CARFAX THAT THE CAR HAS 75000 MILES ON IT! I have offered to walk away if they refund my money and take the car back at this point I’m reluctantly getting a lawyer More

Frank Deluca is, hands-down, the best salesman in the business. This is the second G63 AMG that we've taken delivery from Frank, and it's been seamless each time. Frank is extremely knowledgeable, profes business. This is the second G63 AMG that we've taken delivery from Frank, and it's been seamless each time. Frank is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. We literally get door-to-door service with him, as he will bring the new vehicle on a flat-bed truck and pick up our trade-in vehicle for us, right from our driveway. I trust Frank so much so that I never even have to step foot into the showroom of the dealership. And, of course, we also truly appreciate all of the behind-the-scenes efforts made by the management team, John Bradley and Ralph Mesa, who always go above and beyond to secure allocations for us. If you are looking to buy a Mercedes-Benz, I would not do business at any other dealership, than this one!
