This is my second experience with Walter's Porsche and FIVE STARS to Walter's Porsche... I am ever so grateful to John Beech of Walter's Porsche. This is my second experience with Walter's Porsche and with John Beech. I was so impressed with my first experience, I reached out once again, outside the city and county in which I live (Newport Beach). I purchased a new 911 in November 2013. I absolutely loved this beautiful machine, however due to a sudden reoccurrence of a back injury, I was faced with the untimely need to offer my vehicle for sale. This was devastating for me, and to add insult to injury, were the prices that a couple of local dealerships tried to convince me that were acceptable to take. Of course, I knew the value of the Porsche and the history that goes along with a strong resale value. I decided to call John Beech directly, to seek his guidance and help, as he had given me his cell phone number should I ever have any additional questions about my new 911 Carrera. I contacted John early in the afternoon. He answered my call for help immediately. He was an attentive listener. He took all of the pertinent information, but in addition, he offered to contact Porsche Financial directly to get my payoff, etc... he also said that he would tap into the Dealer's resources and come up with a number that would hopefully work, but mainly he reassured me that he would go to bat for me and get me the absolute best price for my vehicle keeping in mind, remembering... that I was a prior customer. Within a couple of hours, John did exactly as he said that he would do and he returned my call with an offer that was well above the other dealers suggestions, a price that was very acceptable to me. John was beyond thoughtful and put a lot of heart into turning this around for me and it was enough for me to once again do business with Walter's Porsche. John went above and beyond by arranging transportation for my 911 to be transported back to Walter's Porsche within the same day that I phoned in! Wow... just a few hours later, he had tapped into every resource available and was successful in obtaining his best driver who showed up with paperwork in hand for us to sign. The driver was definitely a fine representative of the dealership as he was so friendly, easy going & efficient and most of all professional. I gave the dealership 5 stars across the board during my first experience and I would double those stars if I could after my latest interaction and experience with such a fine sales ambassador, John Beech. John Beech sets the benchmark for what others should strive to emulate. His word is golden. He does what he says that he will do which is rare in the business. By the way, he stayed at the dealership hours after he was scheduled to be off. He would not leave until the job was done. Walter's Porsche, much thanks and gratitude to you for making my sales experience exceedingly greater than I could have ever imagined. You represent everything ethical, everything moral, and most of all you care for your clients. You do a good thing for the Porsche brand. The car itself has loads of techie stuff, but no worries, John patiently demystified it all! He was totally comfortable with my request to video his overview -- for repeated viewing! The car itself is gorgeous and drives like the beautifully engineered Porsche it is!
