Searching online, I stumbled upon a manual 997 GTS that Walter's Porsche just came into possession of. Set up an appointment with John Beech via email and two days later I drove away in my dream car. The process was very seamless and actually surprisingly easy. John Beech was very friendly and answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns. He went above and beyond and worked very hard to earn my business and I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. More

This is one of my best new car buying experience I ever had. Pete Laban, the sales manager, is highly professional and very aggressive in pricing. John Beech, who helped me with Test driving, showed me lot of my car function. He also helpped me with the the details of contract related work and helpped with insurance. He is very professional, energetic, patient, very friendly. I rented a car from Enterprise - Rent - Car in LAX and drove the renter car to buy my Porsche. He make several calls. In the end , I did not need to return the car to LAX. All I did is dropped the car in Walter's Porsche. He helped me to return the car to one of the closest Enterprise rent car office afterwards. It was Easter Holiday next day. It must be not easy to do that and I really appreciated his work! Andy Bartoli, Finance Manager. he helpped with my car loan and service. He is also very professional. It was really late by the time he helpped me with the loan and introduction of services they offer. I did not take any service package. He did not show any unhappiness that I didn't buy in the end. I went to the dealership here locally, saw a car I liked, however it did not have the equipment I wanted First off, I live in San Diego, California. I went to the dealership here locally, saw a car I liked, however it did not have the equipment I wanted. I was going to settle for the car, put my heart was not 100% sold. The service was good. The price they were giving me was simply, ok. They tried, but I wasn't satisfied. I called 3 other dealers in Southern California. The first was Walters. They instantly called me back, with a great price, friendly service, and very knowledgable. John was very professional, yet welcoming for some random person 2 hours away from his dealership. I was happy to see the price he gave me and the pictures he sent me of the car. The next morning, I drove up there, and was greeted by John before I could get 2 feet in the door. How he knew it was me without ever meeting him, I still don't know. Put out his hand, and said, welcome to Walters. I sat down in the chair, looked at the numbers, and had a ton of questions. He and his Sales Manager, Pete Laban, answered all of them. I felt very comfortable with the both of them. After going back and fourth, I even got a lowered price than what I was quoted. In between going back and fourth, I did my own research on my phone, made some calls to other dealerships while I was there, none of them could beat what I got. The other dealers, said I was getting something wrong, or there is no way they will sell you that car at that price. I also want to thank them for telling me that, because that solidified my position with Walters Porsche. We shook hands, and made the deal. I will not loose sleep tonight wondering if I got a good deal. When it came to signing the paperwork and contract, the finance manager Andy Bartoli did not push me at all to get extra services that I told him from the start I was not interested in because of my budget. He respected that. The only thing I do not like about Walters Porsche is that it's 2 hours from me, or lee that would be my dealership for my service maintenance. Thank you very much Walters Porsche. I am very Happy with my new 2014 Porsche Cayenne GTS! AH More
