My wife and I came into look at one of their used cars for sale and we worked with their salesman John Beam. John was very pleasant and professional. We enjoyed our car buying experience, John even allowed me to have the car put up on the rack so I could inspect underneath. I was very pleased about that. We purchased the vehicle that day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new or used car. More

Excellent Experience Looking for a high quality used car is usually pain staking process. John Beam provided a completely different experience. The pre-owned vehicle I w Looking for a high quality used car is usually pain staking process. John Beam provided a completely different experience. The pre-owned vehicle I was looking at was very thoroughly looked over by skilled technicians and a complete explanation of the status of the car was provided to me. I did not have to negotiate a fair price for the car because that is what John gave me as the initial price. He then helped me get a couple of items repaired on the car at a fair price. He also has the car detailed for me and when I took delivery I was amazed at how clean the car was. If you are looking for a safe, friendly and professional place to purchase a pre-owned BMW look no further. Go to The BMW Store. More

Not a car dealer, a car collaborator. The BMW Store has a long Cincinnati tradition for being as enthusiastic about the Ultimate Driving Machine as its customers. The new and used car sale The BMW Store has a long Cincinnati tradition for being as enthusiastic about the Ultimate Driving Machine as its customers. The new and used car sales staff are all top notch, informed and know what it takes to provide a great experience for their customers. My wife said it best when she stated she really liked John Beam in Pre-owned sales, "I trust him, he doesn't act like a car salesman." When the car we purchased went to the shop for some cosmetic work on the bumper, John Beam went out of his way to secure a hot rod Mini as a loaner for us, which will undoubtedly be my next purchase! Well played, sir! More

John, Mark, and Connor are the BEST. Hasselfree as always. My 2004 Mini Cooper S began having mysterious electrical problems and was unreliable. I went to my "go to" dealership, Cincinnati Mini. John Beam and My 2004 Mini Cooper S began having mysterious electrical problems and was unreliable. I went to my "go to" dealership, Cincinnati Mini. John Beam and Mark Harless gave me a very fair price on my troubled trade in and a great price on a pre-owned 2011 Mini Countryman S. They were straightforward and played no games. Which has always been my experience at Cincinnati Mini. Whether buying a Mini or other Make, I am simply done with other dealerships. I have never had a bad or "shady" experience at Cincinnati Mini. I purchased my new car the night I took it for a test drive. Connor couldn't have made the finance portion any easier or more flexible. Felt like working with an old friend. I arrived late on a week night due to work and these guys stayed till 9:45 to get me in a good car. I can tell you they DID not make much on the deal, so they weren't doing it to get a big commission. I would never hesitate to send friends and family to Cincy Mini. More

John Beam does it right Visited the dealership and met with John Beam to discuss vehicle we had researched on BMW store web site. Vehicle was out on courtesy use. John offe Visited the dealership and met with John Beam to discuss vehicle we had researched on BMW store web site. Vehicle was out on courtesy use. John offered to hold the vehicle out from future use and have it detailed for our review. Several days later we made an appointment to come in and see the vehicle. We came in took a very short test drive and bought the vehicle. John was very professional throughout the process. We made the agreement and moved on to Chico for the paperwork. We were in and out with the car in the shortest period of time of any car we have ever purchased! I liked that. More
