I sent an inquiry about a vehicle on a Friday afternoon. I received a call immediately from Matt. We talked and scheduled a meeting the next morning to test drive and talk about the car. I arrived and Matt had the car out front ready to go. I wasn’t rushed or hurried, he was approachable and knowledgeable.
