I was on my way to test drive an Acura Integra when I got a call from Bobby of the Dean Team in Ballwin about a Golf GTI I inquired about online earlier. Shortly after returning to the dealership, we came to an agreement and made a deal. I returned a few days later to finalize the deal and take possession of my beautiful blue 2024 golf GTI 380 SE! Unfortunately Bobby was unavailable that day, but left me in the expert hands of Joel. The process was efficient and thorough. Had some credit challenges and it was pleasant not have to face embarrassment by being placed in room for hours while they negotiated on your behal Had some credit challenges and it was pleasant not have to face embarrassment by being placed in room for hours while they negotiated on your behalf - only to be told - SORRY! Instead, I knew the terms BEFORE I arrived (and I got a better deal than I thought) and it was made to feel very comfortable. My sales rep (Joel) was so kind and pleasant and even took the time to show me all of the new features of my new car (I'm old and technological challenged LOL). Jason was an outstanding representative and demonstrates a wealth of knowledge in the financial arena and was not interested in causing me to have to pay the highest interest rate availabe, even with the credit challenges. You will not find a more decent group of professionals and, even if I wasn't buying a new VW or Suburaru, , I would still return to this dealership simply because of the way I was treated. I first stopped by to look at the VW Taos on May 23, but I didn’t have time to drive it. I went back on May 30 to drive it & we agreed on a price & I put money down to hold the vehicle. They didn’t have the color I wanted so they found one in the early part of June. They drove quite a ways to bring back the vehicle & I picked it up on June 6. The sales manager & finance manager were great to work with on this purchase. I recommend Dean Team Volkswagen in Ballwin highly. We will be going back there when my wife needs a vehicle. More
