Peter was absolutely the best service manager I have dealt with since I started with Brandon Honda in 2005. No one showed such great empathy and understanding of my situation as Peter. He didn't try to drain me of every penny he could get; he understood my situation and worked to help me get my car serviced within my budget. He always kept a kind, even tone as he spoke and shared updates on my vehicle. I felt so blessed and thankful that Peter was the one on duty who helped and served me. I wish him the best and hope he will be at Brandon Honda for a very long time. I missed the café. I was looking forward to getting something to eat since my appointment was at six am; however, I was thankful for the freshly brewed coffee. More
