Showroom location and visibility made it easy to find, and the showroom itself is modern, and sparkling clean; lively with activity at 5:45 PM on a weekday evening. I was greeted cheerfully by Elena, who asked targeted questions in a brief interview to assemble a profile. Sales Consultant Darlene Miller arrived shortly after -- also cheerfully professional -- to determine my specific interests and to guide me through a most impressive test drive. Darlene introduced me to the modern technology, premium features, and warranty parameters of the 2018 Outback. Darlene later guided me confidently through the finance application, and closed the sale as an expert. I met Logan Hankins and Joe Wiatrzyk in the course of the session, and it was obvious they took pride in working at Garavel.
