The service team at Piazza Honda in Reading is simply the best. I normally work with Amelia, who is always quick to get back to me and simply a pleasure to do business with. Theresa and Joe, our service contacts, were incredibly pleasant, informative, and went out of their way to keep us up to date on our service issues. Brought car in for recall/warranty work. After determining that I needed the repair they said they had to order the part. I would think with a recall in the works they would have that part.
