Had roof rails installed on 2016 vehicle. CONs on this visit: Service was super busy on my day and waited a awhile to be seen have my vehicle taken in (had an appointment and showed up early). It was abou visit: Service was super busy on my day and waited a awhile to be seen have my vehicle taken in (had an appointment and showed up early). It was about two hours and my vehicle still had not been started. Over all it was about 4 hours+ from time arriving at dealership to leaving. PROs: My service agent was good about informing of progress and details to the delay. Provided service car to use in the interim while I waited which allowed to do other things while I waited. When setting up the appointment they gave an estimated time of how long it would be so the longer wait time was not unexpected and I was able to be prepared for it. It may have been this day (as they were out a # of personnel) but overall it was a great experience. The service reps really made this experience great given the circumstances. No one ever bothered to call when our car was ready and when I called I got an answering service that could only take a message that was never returned... I don’t know what has happened to the service depa when I called I got an answering service that could only take a message that was never returned... I don’t know what has happened to the service department and when I brought it up to the man we worked with I was just told they were very busy. To busy to just call and let me know my car is ready seems pretty sad service to me... More
