Mitch originally contacted me knowing my lease was coming to an end. I had worked with him years before so he was who I asked for when I arrived. He was working with another customer but was so kind and did not hesitate to introduced me to Mike Murnane. Mike is awesome. I arrived that day unexpectedly and not knowing what I was looking for. Mike was excellent and spent a great deal of time with me going over several vehicles. He was knowledgeable about all of them. After me finally deciding what I wanted I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Seeker. I've seen him before and he is always a happy guy and very easy to talk to. Finally I met David Baratka and he made the final process go very smoothly. Mike also introduced me to Jorge who spent some time with me going over the technology that this car offers. Jorge as well was very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for having such a great team to work with. Terrific experience at Martin Honda I enjoyed a positive buying experience with Julie Thompson at Martin Honda in Pa. I had driven from Lewes, De, gotten hopelessly lost when my rent car I enjoyed a positive buying experience with Julie Thompson at Martin Honda in Pa. I had driven from Lewes, De, gotten hopelessly lost when my rent car’s Nav system sent me the wrong way. I arrived jittery and irritable but Julie’s calm manner calmed me down and I was encouraged to drive the Hybrid Accord. I liked the feel on the road and the CD player while many of the newer cars have MP3 players. It had all and more than my fully loaded but totally destroyed Civic had. We discussed price which is important to me as I am on a fixed income. We agreed with some help from (I think the manager). Unfortunately, I was in a rental car. Julie Thompson offered to return it to the agency on the next business day so I could drive my Hybrid home. This was a relief. It was past closing time and needed to complete the financial stuff with Tom Guido who was focused and told me exactly what I needed to have to complete the deal. It was dark by then and when I said I was very worried about finding rt 476 Tom said I could follow him out since he drove into De and could get me to To 95. I was very relieved. When all the paperwork was completed and I was leaving, I saw Julie sitting waiting for me which was very thoughtful and appreciated. My experience was picture perfect and I actually enjoyed spending time with the professional and knowledgeable staff at Martin Honda . I wish I lived closer so that I could service my vehicle there. Helpful in making a decision on the model Nico got the ball rolling with his passion for Honda and knowledge of the cars. He spent a lot of time with us. Nico also listened to our needs and how the role the car was going to have in our family, which helped us reach a decision on which model to buy. Joe Seeker's energy, sense of humor and willingness to deal with some flexibility was important in the final close. Mitch Lasman could not be nicer, helpful and more sincere. He really understood the customer, made me relaxed during the final paperwork and made sure all of my final requests were made. My one complaint in the experience is the post sale pressure to fill out these surveys and buy extra insurance. I am fine with the extra insurance being offered, but I don't need to be made to feel guilty for declining or thinking on it a bit. I could not get out of David's office quickly enough. Overall, I would recommend Main Line Honda. It was a great experiences overall. More
