Dear BOBZIP103, I felt it important for me to respond to your comment regarding Joyce Honda's current pricing policy on our new vehicles. First, let me start by saying that we are not a "low dealership" as you suggested. I don't know if you ever purchased from us in the past? Since Covid, we have been significantly impacted by supply chain shortages which has dramatically reduced the amount of new cars availability at all Honda dealerships. This is a demand driven industry. Prior to Covid, we were stocking upwards of 500-600 new vehicles which created a buyers market for consumers. Today, we have on average 50 cars in stock to offer our consumers so we must sell them for more. I realize that this is not the best scenario for our customers but unfortunately we must resort to this type of pricing policy until the supply of vehicles becomes greater. Please realize that we don't set the market price levels. The market is established by the other Honda dealerships that service this area. If my competitors were selling for less we would have no other choice than to compete on pricing or lose customers. Unlike other businesses, we have kept all of our employees gainfully employed and our doors open. We are hoping that 2023 becomes a "turn-around" year for Honda as the inventory problems begin to improve. Once we have more inventory to work with, our prices will come down and consumers will be able to buy a new car for less! You are welcome to call me if you would like to discuss this matter further. I'm sorry Sir, but my understanding is that your salesman, Joe San Roman explained to you in advance how we needed to price the car. If, at that time, you felt we were "ripping you off" you very simply could have walked away from the deal. This is something that we DONT WANT TO DO, but are forced to do, because we just don't have enough vehicles to satisfy the demand. Thank you for your response. I have been a loyal Joyce Honda buyer for many years and just in the last few months I purchased 2 new Honda's from you. Since you wast to rip off the public my next new car purchase I will be looking at other dealers and not being loyal to Joyce Honda.

Why then did I need to pay to title your car my trade in $10.00 also I was charged $14.92 for a $4.50 Reg change and was told if I don't like it see my congress man about it. It is not big money but let's be fair about it I just got ripped off again.
