As we walked around the lot, we were approached by Chris and asked what car are we looking for. There were no pressure tactics, just a friendly conversation with honest opinions. Chris invited us into the building and didn't want us to wait (much appreciated), he had Andy Ratner help us through the process. Andy is a good listener, conversational ,and hospitable. Thank you Andy for your guidance, expertise and calm demeanor. So much talking was involved, Andy consistently provided us water to during the process. Andy provided us a loaner car to return our leased car while our new car was being checked. Joe personally thanked us for purchasing a car, very nice gesture. Wade performed all the technology regarding our new vehicle and provided us the history behind Lexus. "Lexus Wade" is extremely thorough and provides information, links and contact information for additional questions. Verbie stayed late for us to finish the contract agreement.
