Joe made the car-buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free. I was really nervous about buying my first car. I didn't want to play price games, and I didn't want one phone call and three texts per stress-free. I was really nervous about buying my first car. I didn't want to play price games, and I didn't want one phone call and three texts per day pressuring me to make a decision... I just wanted someone to be open and honest with me about what I needed, what I didn't need, and what it would cost. That is exactly what Joe did. We worked together for seven months (the car I wanted wasn't even in production yet when I first reached out) and he kept me updated the entire time without being overwhelming. When I changed my mind and decided to go used instead of new, he jumped aboard and helped me find the perfect car. He was always available when I had a question, I always felt like he had my best interests at heart, and he made the car-buying process fun and exciting. My family has always had great experiences with Heritage, and even though I know I'll have my new car for a long time, I have a go-to person to ask when I (or someone I know) needs a car! From phone calls on a Tuesday at 6:30 pm to driving off the lot on Wednesday, we found Joe Mount professional and knowledgeable. Joe helped us out from start to finish. We appreciated his communication each time he needed to leave us for a few minutes. He offered a phone charging cord while we waited and willingly took a photo of us with the new car before we left. Joe worked through our “wish list” and made sure we left happy with our Heritage purchase. Not just “Red Carpet service” but “platinum” we’d call it! Note: We chose to drive 5 hours from Maine to work with Joe at Heritage. Worth it! More
