We had a great experience with Jerry at Heritage Toyota. Rather than toss around empty superlatives, let me share my wife & my experience which included Joe Mount's attention to our needs starting a 8:30am and not ending under we test drove 3 vehicles, negotiated my wife & my experience which included Joe Mount's attention to our needs starting a 8:30am and not ending under we test drove 3 vehicles, negotiated in good faith on two of them, and signed an purchase agreement after 5pm the same day. In addition, the dealership's finance team stayed late - estim 7:30pm - to finalize our loan and finalize our ability to drive home our new Tundra that very same evening!! Meanwhile, while we were with finance, Joe helped clean out and transfer our personal items from our trade in vehicle to our new truck! If you are in search of honest, caring service founder upon integrity and true customer care, you need to choose Heritage Toyota! The best car buying experience we've ever had. ...
