Continental Toyota has lovely surroundings and friendly and inviting personnel ready to greet you each time you arrive. We were buying our first Toyota product though we had previously purchased Hondas (as wells GM and Ford cars). We did our research, had info from Edmunds, Consumer Reports, Kelly Bluebook and 3 other dealers. On the one hand we were "loaded for bear" and on the other hand we just wanted an honest deal, best price with our trade-in and no woeful dollar stories. Jessica Pope, our sales rep, was perfect from the get-go. Besides being pleasantly and knowledgeable, she told us immediately that Continental had the model and color we wanted, showed the car, priced it, worked with her managers and got us the trade-in we wanted and felt was fair. Joe came and introduced himself, asked if we were happy. Days later we still have that warm happy feeling … All is well. More
