Karina, I apologize this did not work out as we both wanted. Please understand, it is the lending institution who makes the decision whether someone will be approved and what elements are necessary for achieve that approval. We are always on our customer's side, and work diligently on their behalf. Unfortunately, there are times, the finance company is inflexible and we get to be the barer of bad news. It is never our choice. Think about it; why on earth would we ever say "no" and lose a customer. Again, I do apologize it went poorly, and ask that you give us another chance one day.
