Everyone at this dealership from the people at the front desk to sales staff and service personnel greets me with a smile on their face and the general attitude that I am important to them. That is so different from other businesses! The people I deal with seem to have the answer to my question at their fingertips. My small concerns seem to be of vital interest to them to make sure that I get the right answer to my question. Friendly and knowledgeable Car shopping can be confusing, even when you pretty much know what you want. Joe Micoletti answered all of our questions as we tried to decide whethe Car shopping can be confusing, even when you pretty much know what you want. Joe Micoletti answered all of our questions as we tried to decide whether the Outback or the Forester best fit our needs. It was almost as if we were family members getting special treatment (although he was more patient than most of my relatives would have been with some of my questions!). He introduced us to Marcos in the service department, and he, too, was friendly and helpful. The whole car buying experience was really pleasant, and having purchased many cars in the past, I can say that is not usually the case. I would highly recommend Tucson Subaru and Joe Micoletti. More

Love the Subaru experience! My wife and I decided we needed a car to replace our much loved 1996 Volvo 850, and wanted a small SUV that would behave itself in the snow, as well a My wife and I decided we needed a car to replace our much loved 1996 Volvo 850, and wanted a small SUV that would behave itself in the snow, as well as being a good around town vehicle. After much research, we tentatively decided on a Subaru Forester, but it was the time and attention that Joe Micoletti spent with us at Tucson Subaru that helped us choose the Forester over other options in the market, including the RAV4 or a pre-owned Lexus RX350 we saw at other dealers. Joe was very careful and patient, and took us on two separate test drives so we could compare the Forester Limited vs the Touring, and gave us a great demo of Subaru's new Eyesight driver assist technology. We loved the adaptive cruise control feature, as well as the accident avoidance features. Everyone at the dealership was fantastic. We would definitely recommend the dealership, and we will return! More

The Game Must Go On! We got excellent service from our salesperson, Joe Micoletti, and he gave us as much time as we needed to learn all the wonderful bells and whistles o We got excellent service from our salesperson, Joe Micoletti, and he gave us as much time as we needed to learn all the wonderful bells and whistles on my new car. He also arranged to have the car ready at our convenience. Where things went in the wrong direction was with the finance person, Louie, who continued the Negotiation Game long after I had said I needed to get my husband home, as it was his first day back at work after shoulder surgery, we had arrived at 6:00, and it was now 8:00 pm. He was in a great deal of pain, but Louis seemed oblivious and kept the game going till my husband said, "This is what we want. Period." The other problem was with Louie's continual treatment of my husband as the owner of the car. The papers had to be changed because they listed my husband first. (That same thing happened with my last car, and my husband got all the correspondence and the invoices on the loan.) Then, at the end -- finally! -- Louie handed the paperwork to my husband, twice. I am assuming all the payments, and it is my car. I was insulted. I tell you all this because Louie is a nice guy and means well. But he needs to remember who's buying the car, respect our time and skip to the chase, especially under theese circumstances. We didn't get home until after 9;00, and all my enthusiasm for my new car was gone. More
