I like to feel satisfied after making a deal, and I am very satisfied with my transaction with Tucson Subaru. The two most recent cars I had bought were a Cadillac and a BMW. I was intrigued by the practicality of Subarus, and Consumer Reports influenced my judgment of Subaru. My interaction with Joe Micoletti made me confident in choosing my Forester. He took all the time I needed to be totally comfortable with my choice, and I am grateful for Joe's efforts. I left the agency feeling I had made a friend in Joe. I also had a painless and pleasant experience in the finance department with Tim Hanson. He has very cute children! We have only had our Subaru for one day, but thus far we are very impressed with it, and are enjoying the car as much as our experience with Tucson Subaru. More

Great Deal, Great Experience Yesterday, after spending a few hours at a competing dealership and being pressured to accept a bad deal, I left and found a better car on the Tucson Yesterday, after spending a few hours at a competing dealership and being pressured to accept a bad deal, I left and found a better car on the Tucson Subaru website that I thought must be a mistake (higher trim package, lower price), or perhaps a bait and switch tactic. I called the dealership about the car advertised and they said it was not a misprint. My wife and I drove to the dealership and spoke with Steve, he showed me the car, it was perfect and at an unbelievable price. Steve printed out the price including tax, title, and license, I put a deposit on the vehicle. Today, my mother-in-law went back and purchased the car at the price listed on Steve's print out, no hassles. My mother-in-law is thrilled with her purchase and her experience at Tucson Subaru! Thank you Steve for making this process so enjoyable. More

I have delt with many dealerships. This experience was good. I liked the sales person that showed me the car I purchased. I don' like high pressure, and you don't get that with Joe.
