Everyone I spoke with just seemed like they were trying to put me in anything so i continued looking. I stumbled upon a vehicle posted, gave Lexus Of Monmouth a call and asked to speak with their top salesman and was forwarded to John Lucky. Immediately felt comfortable speaking to him and came to the dealership the next evening to see him and the car in person. Finally the NX 350 in the interior color i was looking for and fell in love. John came in the next day (Christmas Eve) on his day off and i was very happy with my service, it was such a smooth process and i love my purchase. He even dropped off my registration for me and put my plates on which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership as well as John Lucky!! More

Matt assured me the car's condition was 10/10 for its age, and was extremely up-front about all the prices. Once we agreed on the price and paid a downpayment, I made a last-minute decision to do a PPI, and without any hesitation, Matt and his manager(s) agreed to it. PPI returned perfectly, and they had all the paperwork ready for us. We paid in cash, and the transaction/paper signing process was done in 10 minutes. Overall, I'd definitely visit their dealership for my next purchase, even if it meant I had to do another 3.5-hour journey each way. More
