Bob, our salesman, was comforting in his knowledge and salesmanship - there is absolutely no strong arming here. And, though it was a used vehicle, they gave us a full scale tech walk through of the whole vehicle. Great stuff. Highly recommend.

There aren't enough words to describe the level of quality here. Nowadays, so many dealers pay more attention to the amount of sales and focus less on attention to providing top notch customer service. Well not here, not at Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth. They absolutely have providing the best customer service at the forefront of their business model. In my opinion dealers should be taking notes on how they do things here. It's not even close. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming, which is super refreshing. My salesman was John Lucky and he was great. I was on an unexpected car search two weeks before Christmas and called around, did a bunch of research online and just cannot find what I wanted. Everyone I spoke with just seemed like they were trying to put me in anything so i continued looking. I stumbled upon a vehicle posted, gave Lexus Of Monmouth a call and asked to speak with their top salesman and was forwarded to John Lucky. Immediately felt comfortable speaking to him and came to the dealership the next evening to see him and the car in person. Finally the NX 350 in the interior color i was looking for and fell in love. John came in the next day (Christmas Eve) on his day off and i was very happy with my service, it was such a smooth process and i love my purchase.
