But as long as you're getting paid, step up to the plate. I'm certain your leadership expect you to earn your salary, or at least make an effort. Below is my experience with Mr. Rowe: If you leave a message, don't expect a call back from Mr. Rowe (if he's already got your money) - unless he needs something from you. One of the poorest customer service as demonstrated by a professional. It took Mr. Rowe 3 weeks to return my call, and then only to tell me that the bank had not paid the dealership and asked me to (help him) call the bank to make things right. Furthermore, Mr. Rowe forgot to send me my registration, and I have yet to receive it 4 weeks later as of the date of this post. (9/7/2023). More
