Battery not switching over as quickly as it was prior to both of my 5K and 10K mile services. Almost like it was turned down, or altered. Not to mention my MPG's have ebbed, and now seemingly plateaued, sin both of my 5K and 10K mile services. Almost like it was turned down, or altered. Unfortunately your dealership did not come through with two of the three verbal agreements we made to close the deal Instead of doing an alignment as agreed upon the technician refused the service becaus two of the three verbal agreements we made to close the deal Instead of doing an alignment as agreed upon the technician refused the service because it was in spec The engine bay was to be detailed and was half done After 5 phone calls to resolve I finally just gave up I have experienced a complete loss of trust with Heiser I will not even be back for the free oil changes More

Have bought several cars from here. All the people that work there is friendly and helpful. Bill Lawence is like my brother. We are always on the same page. The manager Jessica was fantastic.
