Alyssa, her sales manager, Chuck the finance guy and the midtown Kias owner were all very friendly. As someone who has owned several BMWs and now a KIA. Rushed to buy a car that wasn't even looked over. Constant issues and horrible help from kia make it a nightmare. I could have went anywhere to buy my first new car but chose kia.
