After entering the showroom of Lester Glenn's Chevrolet dealership - we were greete On March 8, 2012 my wife and I went shopping for a new car. After entering the showroom of Lester Glenn's Chevrolet dealership - we were greeted by the sales representative Dennis Grimaldi. Mr. Grimaldi was very pleasant and helpful to us in determing the type of vehicle which would please us and fit our needs. Dennis was very knowledgable with all of the models that Chevrolet has to offer. After spending a considerable amount of time with us, which I found very kind and enjoyable - Dennis offered us to take a "test drive" in the Chevy Sonic Hatchback which we had shown an interest in. After taking the test drive, Dennis fully explained all of the features, advantages, and safety of this vehicle. After further discussion with Dennis at his desk, we had expressed a definite interest in purchasing the Chevrolet Sonic Hatchback. It was then we were introduced to the Sales Mgr. Joe Barlow - after some discussion, we arrived at an agreeable price and finalized the purchase. While our new vehicle was being preped for us to drive home - Dennis gave us a tour of Lester Glenn's Service Dept. and gave us a protocol for obtaining required service. Dennis also explained how pleased will be with purchasing our new vehicle at Lester Glenn's Dealership because of its well deserved reputation of service and satisfying the needs of their customers. Upon delivery of our vehicle, Dennis set up our On Star and explained the various features in our new car. He later called our home to check on the satisfaction of our new purchase. We wish to thank Dennis Grimaldi for all the time (5 hours) he spent with helping us with our decision. As of this time, we are very pleased with the purchase of our 2012 Chevy Sonic and look forward to a continuing relationship with the Lester Glenn Auto Group. Joseph & Patricia Kulas More

I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Every phase of the buying experience was relaxed and pleasant. Every effort was made to provide me with information without any pressure. After a vehicle locate search on Chevrolet.com, I traveled over an hour to Lester Glenn Chevrolet because they had the truck I wanted. I called ahead to make sure the truck was there. When I arrived, I was greeted by Sales Manager John Puglisi who set up with Salesman Rich Festa. The truck was waiting for me right outside the showroom. Mr. Festa was polite and easy to deal with. After road testing the truck, he graciously allowed me to take a very similar one, but with a different motor, out for a ride to compare the two. We negotiated and they let me walk out the door with virtually no pressure, unlike other dealerships that I have dealt with over the years. I was able to do my homework regarding this purchase and Rich called me two days later to see where I was at. In that time, I was able to determine that the original truck that I came to see was the right one for me at a price that could not be beat. A very special thank you to Rich Festa and Sales Manager Joe Horsfield. The patience and professionalism of these men helped get me in my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD from Lester Glenn Chevrolet! More
