I had a very pleasent experince dealing with Sal Licastri , Ramone Rodriquez and Joe Horsfield on 5/29/12. I was in process of helping my daughter lease a car for her first time and I mentioned to Sal I was , Ramone Rodriquez and Joe Horsfield on 5/29/12. I was in process of helping my daughter lease a car for her first time and I mentioned to Sal I was not happy with the Equinox LS I had purchased in Feb/12, I should have purchased one with more options. After a successful transaction with my daughter, Sal called me later that eveing,he acquired a Equinox FWD 1LT model of course it was more money. They took the first car in trade and arranged financing for the new car with no money out of my pocket and a reasonable monthly payment at a lower intrest rate. In the last 9 years I have purchased 5 cars and 3 of my friends purchased cars from Lestr Glenn. This Dealership was awesome. I went there to LOOK at a used car and left with 2 New Equinox. Everyone there was very nice and helpful if you have any questions you can ask anyone of the sales people there used car and left with 2 New Equinox. My poor sales person Sal did not know what hit him when I walked in. He was patient and great to us we kept him on is toes. We purchased a car on Wednesday, called back Thursday morning changed our mines on the car and bought a better one on Thursday for my husband, then went back on Friday and bought myself one. Not sure who made out better on the deal them or me, I think me because they were very very nice people there. I am so happy with my experience I had at Lester Glenn Chevy. I had the pleasure to toilet paper my salesperson desk and he had a great personality about it and had a great laugh. They treated my children great. Joe and Pat were also awesome for putting up with me. We got what we wanted and needed. The finance people were helpful on explaining everything to us. Our plates came in quick so thank you administration department. The service department were quick and clean putting my hitch on and plates. WOW all I can say is that LESTER GLENN CHEVY is the GREATEST DEALERSHIP I have ever been to. NO they did not pay me and no I don't work there. They are that GREAT there. More
